Important Notice
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a legal entity) and Tevrix Digital Solutions Private Limited. By accessing or using the Tevrix Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
For business customers requiring customized terms, please contact our sales team to execute a Master Services Agreement (MSA).

Definitions and Interpretation
Key Definitions
"Platform"
The Tevrix cloud-based software-as-a-service platform accessible via tevrixplatform.com, including all associated websites, mobile applications, APIs, and related documentation.
"Services"
All services provided by Tevrix Digital Solutions Private Limited, including but not limited to software development, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML solutions, consulting, and support services.
"User Content"
All data, information, text, files, documents, and other materials uploaded, submitted, or otherwise made available by Users through the Platform.
"Subscription Term"
The period during which the User is authorized to access and use the Platform pursuant to the selected subscription plan.
"API"
Application Programming Interfaces made available by Tevrix for integration with third-party applications and services.
"Documentation"
The technical documentation, user guides, and other written materials provided by Tevrix for use with the Platform.
Interpretation Principles
Unless the context otherwise requires, the following rules of interpretation shall apply:
- References to statutes include all amendments and re-enactments
- The singular includes the plural and vice versa
- Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation
- "Including" means including without limitation
Account Registration and Security
Registration Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- • Minimum age: 18 years (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- • Valid business email address
- • Accurate and complete registration information
- • Authority to bind organization (for business accounts)
Verification Process
- • Email verification required for activation
- • Additional verification for enterprise plans
- • Business registration validation where applicable
Account Security Obligations
User Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Implement two-factor authentication when available
- Notify Tevrix immediately of unauthorized access
Security Violations
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- • Sharing account credentials with third parties
- • Using automated means to create multiple accounts
- • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- • Circumventing security measures or authentication protocols
Administrative Access for Business Accounts
For business and enterprise accounts, the account administrator has authority to:
Add/remove team members, assign roles and permissions
Update payment methods, manage subscription plans
Export organizational data, configure access controls
Payment Terms and Billing
Billing Framework
All payments are processed in accordance with the subscription plan selected by the User. By providing payment information, you authorize Tevrix to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
Recurring charges every 30 days
Discounted rate, billed annually in advance
Custom pricing, quarterly/annual billing
User responsible for all applicable taxes
1.5% monthly interest on overdue amounts
As per refund policy, no refunds for partial periods

Price Changes
Tevrix reserves the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice:
- 30 days notice for existing customers
- Changes effective at next billing cycle
- Option to terminate before price increase takes effect
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed under the following conditions:
Acceptable Use Policy
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using the Platform for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purposes. Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.
Illegal Activities
- Copyright/trademark infringement
- Distribution of illegal content
- Money laundering activities
- Fraudulent transactions
Security Violations
- Hacking or unauthorized access
- Malware distribution
- DDoS attacks
- Security vulnerability exploitation
Spam & Abuse
- Bulk unsolicited communications
- Phishing attempts
- Bot networks operation
- Data scraping without permission
Content Restrictions
- Hate speech or harassment
- Adult or explicit material
- Violent or threatening content
- False or misleading information
System Abuse
- Resource overconsumption
- API rate limit violations
- Reverse engineering attempts
- Unauthorized reselling
Compliance Issues
- Export control violations
- Sanctions violations
- Privacy law breaches
- Industry-specific regulation breaches

Legal Action
For serious offenses
Appeal Process: Users may appeal enforcement actions by submitting a detailed written explanation to legal@tevrixdigitalsolutions.com within 14 days of the action.
Limitation of Liability
Important Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tevrix Digital Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
Exclusions of Liability
Tevrix is not liable for any loss of business, revenue, profits, data, or other consequential damages.
No liability for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
No liability for actions or inactions of third-party service providers.
Liability Caps
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by User during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Direct damages limited to 100% of fees paid in the claim period.
For free tier services, total liability is limited to ₹5,000.
Exceptions and Legal Requirements
Nothing in these limitations affects:
- Statutory consumer protection rights
- Liability for death or personal injury
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Certain jurisdictions do not allow:
- Exclusion of implied warranties
- Limitation of liability for certain damages
- Time limitations for bringing claims
Legal Disclaimer: This section attempts to limit liability to the extent permitted by applicable law. If any part of this limitation is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
